Many folks think that because of the mortgage and banking crisis that there is no way for them to get a small business loan. There have even been rumors that SBA loans are not happening either. Still, you might be surprised at the financing options in franchising. You see, franchisors must find a way to sell their franchises. If a franchise organization is not growing it is shrinking slowing, dying on the vine through attrition.

It is for this reason that Franchisors do whatever it takes to help their team grow, they want the best franchisees, and they know without them, they’re toast in the market place. So, if you are a quality individual with strength of character and you want to be on a winning team, believe me when I tell you that the Franchisor wants you in, and they will help you get the financing you need to own your own franchise.

Franchisors have all sorts of financing programs. Perhaps, you might read up on this subject a bit. Let me recommend a very good book to you on this subject, one that I own in my own personal library that has helped me immensely:

“Franchising for Free” by Dennis Foster; John Wiley and Sons; 1994.

This book will help you understand how you can purchase a franchise even if you lack the down payment money, working capital, or perfect credit you might normally need. Do not let a weak economy keep you from your dream of owning your own business. Do not let a banker or the SBA tell you that a franchise is out of reach.
