I have learned that if someone experiences something good they tell a few people, however if they experience something bad they tell EVERYONE! So make sure that people only have good things to say about your franchise. Make sure to have good customer service and quality products, and the people will spread the word about your franchise for! Just remember this can work against you if you give them something bad to talk about.
